Bitbucket University Application drops non-latin character (WTF-3559)

Bitbucket Academic License request form (http://atlassian.com/software/views/bitbucket-academic-license.jsp) removes non-latin (polish) characters from users input.

For example - my name is //'Michał'// (//Michal//, with last character 'l with stroke', aka unicode character U+0142), but my account was created using name //'Micha'//.

I've used polish characters, but other eurpean languages like german of french also has their own diacritcs, it should be checked.

I've succesfully corrected my personal details - form in My Profile accepts polish characters.
