Long URL at POST Service on a repository is not being saved (BB-3816)

A '500' Internal Server Error' is occurring, with no message, when:
Repository - admin - services - POST - add service - (very long URL) - save.
It remains on 'saving...' and not being saved.

It is not happening for short URLs, for short URLs it is being saved as it should.

Please try to fix it.
