Changesets page user and strip URLs in custom domains broken (BB-3825)

Some of the URLs in custom domains are broken. For example, if you go to http://code.accursoft.com/binding/changesets and click on a changeset's user name, the link doesn't go anywhere. If I strip a changeset, I'm sent to a 404 (my user name has been wrongly inserted into the URL.)
