Project names shouldn’t be lower-cased in URLs (BB-3889)

Please consider changing BitBucket so that it no longer lower-cases the project name in the URL.

This makes the URLs harder to read than necessary, and also makes them less indexable by search engines.

Additionally, this causes Mercurial to also lower-case the directory name when checking out a project; it is annoying to have to rename that directory to something readable every time.

I am marking this as a “bug” because it does not match the user’s expected behaviour.
