Translate SSH links to subrepos/submodules into HTTP links on bitbucket (BB-3881)

Consider for example: https://bitbucket.org/mforbes/gobo/src/e471d4b84920/

This repository contains two subrepos - which are nicely linked from the browse page. But the link targets are too verbatim, e.g.:

ssh://hg@bitbucket.org/mforbes/gobo_recipes

In a web browser, this is not awfully useful.
