User Removal not functioning

I logged in today, and had seen that our repositories were over their user limit. To remedy the situation I removed individual users from a group, then deleted the group itself.

This had no effect. After which, I clicked on the "Resolve this" link located above. This sent me to the account page where I can remove individual users. However, after clicking on red icon next to the user names, I agreed to the popup box that appeared. No changes were made.
I opened up firebug and I received the following message:
"NetworkError: 404 NOT FOUND - https://bitbucket.org/!api/1.0/group-privileges/gmdc/wuweisolutions/wu-wei-solutions/?private=true"
