Add the ability to save Issue Search Queries alongside the pre set queries.

I would love the ability to be able to save my custom built queries along side the built in "All", "Open" and "My Issues" searches on a per project basis.

Then I could save "New issues" or "My New Issues" or whatever the project needs.

This is //trivial// because I can save the query in a bookmark (kudos) but that's a bit of a pain.
