Diff in a commit outputs untrue info (BB-4106)

In this commit I changed some files, added new ones and changed symbolic links into real files with the same name. Diff viewer shows all files but info reports that no changes happened in any file (where they were changes), but one, where it shows changes that aren't even in a file (symbolic link before).
