Description
When downloading tip.gz using wget I seem to be picking up an outdated version.
Perhaps a caching or regeneration issues?
See attached trace for details.
This happens both on my server and desktop (different upstream isp's) and with wget and firefox pretending to be wget (with user agent switch).
