Mail about accepted pull requests mentions random users

Mail about accepted pull requests claim to be accepted by random users. Have had twice today, in both cases I accepted the request myself.

The random user doesn't even have access.

Example:

Pull request BCLOUD-56 has been accepted by barnardos.

Changes in dherzog/dragonfly-stp-1-network have been pulled into scope/dragonfly-stp-1.
