Display of README.md as HTML

The programming code in my README.md is not displayed properly. I've took two screenshots (attached). The first screenshot is from Bitbucket. The second one from a HTML file that I created (how it should look like). For completeness, I'm also attaching the README.md file.

Then there is also an issue with the indentation in lists. When I have several paragraphs, Bitbucket doesn't recognize it as being part of the list and indents it all the way to the left. I've also attached two screenshots.

    The ::: notation in code blocks is used to tell the python markdown renderer what language the code being shown should be syntax highlighted as. If you add :::language to the top line of your indented block, the area will render properly.
