Allow image attachment to changesets

Sometimes, after making architectural changes, I like to be able to attach a diagram of the changes to the changeset. This allows fellow coders to get a quick visual overview of what usually is a set of many small changes sprinkled throughout the codebase. Currently the issue tracker allows image attachments, but the changesets only allow text-based comments and Facebook "likes". Might I suggest enabling image attachment?
