even if I uncheck "follow issue updates" I get a lot of email about every change to an issue…

I haven't check if it's just me as administrator or everyone on my team, but I'm going to hear some screaming Monday morning if it's everyone and there's now way to turn this off on a per-repo basis...

Minimum is a way to turn on/off email notifications on a per repo basis (minimum to avoid screams - they'll all turn it off).

To actually be usable need to be able to check one or more of:

• send email when an Issue is assigned to me
  
  • exclude changes made by me
• send when an Issue assigned to me is modified
  
  • exclude changes made by me
• send changes to any Issue
  
  • exclude changes made by me

and if none were checked no emails would be sent.
