Diff shows "File contents unchanged" for some files, although there are changes

Issue #4554 duplicate

Hi, we have sometimes a problem with our PHP-Code-repositoy: On some pull requests and revisions, the diff only shows the actual diffs of some files, and the rest of the files show "File contents unchanged.", although the file list on the same page clearly shows added and removed lines.

Examples: https://bitbucket.org/verticalmedia/gruenderszene/pull-request/12/update-plugin-wp-super-cache https://bitbucket.org/verticalmedia/gruenderszene/pull-request/10/339-prevent-duplicate-titles-on-various https://bitbucket.org/verticalmedia/gruenderszene/changeset/35028b17b892b34fd61fcb800eddb24b3e282d3b

I've noticed this also on a pull request I created today (private repo so won't be putting the link here - support can contact me for details).

All files indicated show nothing in the diffs, or in the commit, but I can clearly see the changes when I sync down the Git repo and browse the commits in a GUI tool.
