REST API: Repository Privileges Do Not Report Owner (BB-5352)

It looks like requesting privileges on a repository does not list the repositorie's owner as having any privileges:

$ curl -u thedillonb:****** https://api.bitbucket.org/1.0/privileges/thedillonb/bitbucketbrowser/

Returns:
[]

I am the sole administrator and user of this repository but am not listed...
