Your markdown implementation doesn't parse a URL correctly (BB-5921)

Hi,

I've got the following line in my README.md file:

You can install it by clicking here.

And I've got the reference in the end of the file like that:

I push the file on the server but the link points to the same Overview page.

You can see this at https://bitbucket.org/kboi/webfaction-tomcat-installer under the Installation header.

I think this is a bug, rather than a misconfiguration of mine as the Markdown Dingus at http://daringfireball.net/projects/markdown/dingus, renders the same code correctly.
