if user doesn't log in into bitbucket public projects are not accessible. Wrong message "... has no public repositories."

Accessing both
https://bitbucket.org/nad2000\\
and
http://hg.nowitworks.eu/\\
I am getting a message "nad2000 has no public repositories." No public repository is shown.
All my repositories are public.
