Unnecessary items in TOC macro (BB-5929)

When I placed TOC macro, I got 2 empty items (see attachment) at the beginning of the list.

My markup as simple as:
{{

{\\ Result:\\ <<toc>> === First Heading ===\\ Bla... === Second heading\\ Bla-bla...\\ }}

}
