Readme.textile rendering the h1. tag incorrectly when displayed in overview (BB-6183)

When a readme.textile is present in the repository, it gets rendered auto-magically, which is good. However, when the first line of the readme.textile has an h1. markup tag (or any other heading tag), that tag seems to be ignored, and instead it is just written out, all subsequent heading tags seem to work correctly.
