Browsing entire repo for specific commits

Details

    Description

I don't see any easy way to browse all the files in a repo at a specific commit. The UI provides the ability to view the files that changed but not the rest of the repo.

Further, there's no option for downloading the files in a repo at a specific commit as, say, a zip file.

I find these features (offered by Sourceforge's SVN browser and Github) to be very useful. In particular, I want to be able to view the changes files in the context of the entire repo to think about how those changes might affect things. We tend to spend a lot of time reverting changes as we go through our development and testing process (scientific software is a pain in the ass...), so this is a feature I use quite often on Sourceforge.
