Notifications are sendt everyone that have write access

We have about 30 users in our team and 50+ repositories. Everyone have and should have write access, but noe everybody are activly partisipating in all repositories. The repositories a user cares about changes over time, so they change the repositories they follow. The users only want to recieve notification about the repositories they follow. At the moment all users recieve notifications about all the repositories they have write access to. This causes a mountain of emails. Turning off email notification forces users to monitor BitBucket, that is not really an option, it becomes to hard to get a user's attention with mentions, issues etc.
