If you write something incorrectly in a ticket, there's no way to update it. Maybe you can if you own the tracker? But it's common to see the mistake immediately after submission; some time period during which you could edit the ticket would be nice (or, if you are the ticket reporter, if you could edit the ticket until someone took some other action on it).

    Maybe use the same system as Trac? I like the way Trac stores the diff on the ticket's description.
