Pull requests can't handle push --force (BB-6129)

If I push --force to redo a branch for a pull request, the activity tab says "oops, something has gone horribly wrong".

It would be very nice to maintain the comments and inline comments in the activity tab for a pull request. Quite often at my day job we respond to pull request review by redoing the branch. This keeps our history cleaner, rather than filling it with a number of small commits.

On github, there's no way to see inline comments on commits from previous versions of the pull request branch. If Bitbucket was able to provide that under the activities tab, that would be a big advantage.
