in newsfeed, issue comments use pull request icon (BB-6191)

In news feeds, comments on issues use the same icon as pull requests, not the one used for creation or editing of issues. I would expect it to use the issue icon with either the edit badge or a special badge for comments. I've attached a screenshot of what I'm seeing.
