Can't copy cmd line code for import (BB-6359)

When importing existing code, the instructions are:

$ cd /path/to/my/repo
$ git remote add origin <git url>
$ git push -u origin master # to push changes for the first time

The problem is the $ at the start of the line. It would be better if this was not selectable, or not part of the main content, so that I could just copy and paste the last two lines into a terminal window in one go.
