Working with issue list through AJAX: changing states, importance, etc.

Dear developers,

Thank you for a good product and promising enhancements that you roll out regularly.

I'd like to suggest to add AJAX issue management functionality to the "issue list" view.

Problem description

Being a project manager, I have to go into each issue, change it's state, priority, milestone, then save. Then review the list and do same actions with each issue separately.

Proposal

It would be way more convenient to change priorities, states and other properties right from the "isse list" view.

Examples:
Click "arrow up" (major priority), an AJAX popup appears, I change the state to "Minor".
Click status "NEW", AJAX popup appears, I change it's state to "On hold".
