Fail more gracefully when a commit or Pull request cannot be rendered (BB-6393)

Currently, if a commit or a pull request contains too much data to pull from disk and display, Bitbucket may fail to render the page entirely resulting in a 500 error. There should be either a more graceful way to fail, showing some information or at least a more descriptive error allowing users to understand what has happened with a workaround.
