404 Error if I try create Issue from custom domain URL

If I trying to create Issue with URL:
http://hg.our-army.su/ha-mission/issues/new\\
I get 404 Error when press "Create Issue" button.

But if I trying to do the same with not custom URL:
https://bitbucket.org/OurArmy/ha-mission/issues/new\\
All is ok.
