404 errors on many links

I just tried to create an issue at

http://dev.libqxt.org/libqxt/issues/new

but upon entering all the data and clicking "Create issue" I only get the "Oops, you've found a dead link." page.

If I click on "Support" at the botton of the Error Page, I get yet another 404.

I'm curious whether this happens with this ticket as well.
