Pull requests should update with newest commits if made from a branch (BB-6429)

Issue #5231 resolved

If I push new commits to a pull request, the online viewer should automatically update with the commits so that I don't need to manually log into Bitbucket and edit the PR to include the new commits.

When commiting a change, there is an option to create a pull request. It would be extremely helpful if there was an option to not update a previous pull request. I treat my repository separately to that of the one I have submitted a pull request too.

With the current functionality, a branch loses that separation when a pull request has been created. So here, an option to ignore the new default behaviour would be welcomed.
