Unable to raid resources from green pirate AI

In games where I go first, when trying to raid resources from green (pirate) the "OK"-button does not appear at the AI keeps the resources even if I get them also. It seems OK with the blue opponent.
The AI seems to have no trouble when raiding me if I am green.

Besides that, allow me to recommend You guys on a great app.
