Pressing Ctrl-I insert //// in the Create new issue > Content textbox.

Is this a feature or a bug? For me it's a bug since Ctrl-I opens a
text field in an external editor in Vimperator. And I would like to
edit the contents without //// inserted in between, or wherever my
cursor was.
