Can't fully create repo

I have tried to create a repo and I get to the screen with the loading bar and the text saying the repo is being created. The page auto refreshed in a loop forever. If I got back to the dashboard it says I created the repo. If I click the link it goes back to the load bar screen and just starts looping again. I can't find a way to delete the repo and start over.
