issue notifications don't show full issue URL

I've recently noticed that the email notifications I receive for issues don't contain a full link to the issue anymore. Instead, they contain only a generic bitbucket link. Example:

[snip private content]

This is on private repositories, by the way. As far as I remember, it used to work fine.
