jira and bit bucket integration

Hello! i have setuped integration from BB to JIRA. when i write in comments jira's TaskID then it see comment from BB in jira.
but when i write comment in russia language in BB it see right but in jira it look same Настроен вывод анкеты, хлебные крошки, новости

and one moment : in Jira activity stream this comment from other person (one from BB another from JIRA, but they are one people. how can it resolve, do you know?
