Web commit (BB-64)

Hi,

I'd like to know if it would be possible to perform a commit to my repository via the bitbucket site, akin to uploading an attachment to gmail for example.

This would be very helpful in situations where someone needs to do a quickfix on a non-dev pc and wants to persist the changes without having to sending it by email or in a flashdrive.

I usually encounter these issues in clients where I can't plug my pc to the network and theirs doesn't have Mercurial (nor permissions to install it, aside from the fact that I usually also don't want my repo in their pc).
