Prettier box for readme.txt

Readme.txt is currently put in an ugly grey text box. Please use something less aesthetically offensive, such as a scrolling div with transparent/inherited background.

(This is related to issue BCLOUD-5257, which was misinterpreted as a request for formatting and then closed as wontfix.)
