Can't create a pull request in Opera

No error messages and nothing suspicious in the browser error logs. Press the button "create" get the "wheel" for a second and then nothing happens. Fortunately, I was able to create the pull request in another browser.

I have successfully created pull requests using Opera in the past but this is the first time since the new skin so it may be related to that. I haven't noticed any other problems.
