Repo Creation is hung

Hello,

This morning I tried to delete and recreate a repository named ELA - Sitecore Website with PixelMEDIA as the owner. I successfully deleted the old repo but when I tried to recreate it I got a 500 error. So I tried creating a test repo with a different one named asdsadasdasd. It didn't throw a 500 error but it appears to be hung. When I try to access the repo, it just shows a screen saying it's creating it.

So I have two issues:
First, why does the creation fail for the repo named ELA - Sitecore Website?
Second, can you get rid of the asdsadasdasd repo?
