when starting/stopping following a repo the count of followers doesn't update until page reload

as long as the link 'follow'/'following' switches at once according to new state, so could change the count of followers of the repo.

BTW, the captions of these may be changed to 'follow'/'stop following', to reflect the 'action' in both cases, rather than 'action'/'state', as in 'follow'/'following'. That is for UI consistency
