unable to signup

While attempting to create a team account I may have inadvertently crossed some wires. I have a team account setup now, but I'm unable to add myself as a user. Specifically, I'm trying to setup mkramer@spyderlynk.com (my email address) as a user on bitbucket. If I try to signup, I'm told that the email address is already assigned to a user. When I attempt to get the password for that user, I get the message "That e-mail address doesn't have a uniquely associated user account. Are you sure you've registered?"

Let me know if there is any way that I can resolve this.
