Admin cog for repository is hard to find (BB-7004)

I've been using Bitbucket with my students to teach them usage of source control. I was by my self looking for the admin part of the UI (the cogwheel) and looked for several minutes before finding it. I thought it was just me, but several of my students had problem finding it as well and that is why I am reporting it.

I thing that the problem is that for new users it is hard to find since it has a weak contrast, no clear label and that it does not resemble a button unless you happen to hoover you mouse over it.
