Allow marking a repository as a fork by specifying an external repostitory URL as the parent repository (BB-7018)

Use case:

I'd like to mirror my forks here, so I have everything in one place, but they are shown as original repository. A simple checkbox and/or url input would solve this. It would be a useful feature enabling the new profile page as a go-to place for showing off our whole opensource activity.
