My avatar appears broken, see attached screenshot.

When I try to view the image (at I see the following XML:

<Message>Access Denied</Message>

    It appears that that file is no longer in our Amazon storage.

    I think the only way to move forward would be for you to go to your account settings, click the 'Delete' option for your avatar (so that it falls back to using Gravatar, and setup Gravatar for the email address you have on Bitbucket.

    Let me know if that works for you.
