Links on 404 page for a hosted repo URL (username.bitbucket.org) link to the invalid domain (BB-7021)

Hello.

I'm unsure if this is the intended behavior but when you visit a static site URI where there is no page set up, the links on top for Bitbucket, Pricing & Plans, all include the subdomain in the links therefore you just keep circling back to the invalid page.

For example: somethinginvalid.bitbucket.org
