Add community translations as a feature to each repository

while there are many sites providing localisation platforms.
(like translatewiki or transifex)

It's really good to have something integrated in bitbucket to handle project translation.
(with a web_ui and comman dictionaries - something like launchpad)

so other user can easily translate each other project

it can be handled with pull requests
but my point is about the web based translates system
and how it can make this process
