When replying directly using e-mail (for example gmail) accents are not correctly parsed

When you reply using the e-mail from a bitbucket issue, it is displayed correctly as a comment but the accents are not correctly displayed. This is an example (spanish lang):

"Los m=E9dicos de familia son tambi=E9n importantes. Control de pacientes vi= ejos en casa. Y buscan a mucho por Internet."
