Creating Repository bug/ issue

Hi, I recently created a new repository("pygo on rails") and it is stuck on the "Creating Repository"(with the blue horizontal roller/timer). Whenever I click into it I just get that loading page so I can't even delete it now? Is it because repo names shouldn't have spaces in them? Many thanks for the excellent service.
