repo creation notices

I created the bitbucket user 'jas' a while back and have been using your service for quite some time. I've most recently been pushing to jas/drawterm-cocoa but then noticed that a new user 'jasp' managed to create quite a few repositories that for a brief period of time had my user, 'jas', as the admin/owner. I received emails about the repository creation and changes.

This is most likely a bug that should be addressed before more users are granted short term admin rights to repositories they haven't created.
