Auto delete and change files while my team not commit

Please confirm GIT work correct in bitbucket. Recent, we lost some file while we not commit to delete that files. Please review https://bitbucket.org/vietnametravel/vietnametravel in last good commit 6405c4a and next commit not change file apps/travel_utils/data_utils.py but it changed.

Please advice me do not trouble with this bug again
